The flexible course consists of a series of modules which enable candidates to undertake either three or five days of study to achieve intermediate and advanced certification respectively.
Topics covered include advanced alignments, auto features and reporting, scanning as well as flow control and logic.
The course, available at Hexagon’s Milton Keynes and Telford training centres, is designed to provide an advanced understanding of the metrology process and how PC-DMIS software can be used to further improve efficiency.
Hexagon says the course is ideal for anyone using measurement equipment in the workplace such as design, engineering and manufacturing personnel, measurement technicians and process planners. It is also particularly suitable for users who have already completed the PC-DMIS Level 1 training programme.
