The measurement solutions provider has retained its Investors in People Gold Standard following a rigorous series of assessments by external auditors.
Hexagon was scrutinised on nine key indicators which evaluate how the workforce is motivated, supported and given help to improve performance.
As part of the process, staff were randomly selected for interview by the standard inspectors over a period of three days.
Brett Green, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence's general manager, said: "We're thrilled to win re-accreditation to this elite standard which is regarded as the sign of a good employer and a great place to work.”
The company has now set its sights on trying to achieve platinum standard, the highest accolade awarded by Investors in People, when it is due to be re-assessed in 2019.
