Leading precision measurement firm Third Dimension has deepened its technical capabilities and strengthened its customer support resource with the creation of a new Application Engineering team.
The manufacturers of the GapGun and Vectro handheld and robot-deployed non-contact gauging systems have appointed three specialist engineers to bolster Third Dimension’s technical expertise and widen the company’s global reach.
The trio of new recruits will have responsibility for providing pre-sale and post-sale support for Third Dimension customers and will work with distributors to enhance existing technical support.
They will also work closely with customers to understand their key challenges, in a move that will strengthen the company’s knowledge of changing demand and requirements in the automotive, aerospace, energy, and consumer goods manufacturing industries.
