Crane and BAE Systems collaborating on power electronics

Crane Aerospace & Electronics, a segment of Crane Co, will collaborate with BAE Systems to provide specific expertise on the power management systems for Jaunt Air Mobility's all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
Working with BAE Systems and Jaunt, the plan is to conduct a series of studies to explore exact power needs to determine an optimum power electronics solution for Jaunt Air Mobility's developing Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) platform. In doing so, Crane A&E will share its years of expertise in integrating high-voltage power conversion, distribution and control.
